Terms of Use for Hive

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hive mobile application ("Service"), operated by PopLeTech ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Hive. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@popletech.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.1 Subscription Plans

Hive offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service (events, tasks, messages, vault items, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Hive name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by PopLeTech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPLETECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
